Back in 1839, Robert Mills (aka the guy who designed the Washington Monument) built Washington D.C.'s General Post Office. This is where we stayed while in DC. Luckily at some point before we arrived, it was transformed into the Hotel Monaco. A cool building in a great location. This shot was taken right outside our room, and just before I realized my key card did not work.
