Flare
25 January 2008
What's Friday without a little flare? Yes, I realize I am in a bit of rut with blue glass, but at least this time I made black and white so it is not so obvious.

Once
22 January 2008
This moon hangs on the wall in my laboratory. It is actually a brownish/clayish color, but I used the remote flash through my wonderful blue bottle to give it this look.

Zooomr is Dooown
Zooomr is having some growing pains as they roll-out a new release. If the previous pictures don't come back soon, I'll host them somewhere else until Zooomr is up. I will also be hosting new photos somewhere else until uploading is restored.

Dreams

Today's picture is dedicated to MLK and John Stewart, both of whom believed in dreams.

This saxophone was very old when I bought it at a yard sale in 1988. What this picture fails to capture is the smell.

Mugger
15 January 2008
These pewter things hang in our kitchen, but I'm not sure what they are. They are like bottomless mugs (not the free refills kind). They caught my eye when the just risen sun was touching them this morning.

Waiting For Spring
14 January 2008
This was not the shot I started out to get. It just kind of happened. Its probably too early for thoughts of spring, anyway.

13 January 2008
I am not really a big soda drinker anymore, but sometimes I will indulge in the pause that refreshes.

New Name - Same Great Taste
You may have noticed that this blog is not called A Keeper Today today. From hence forth, the name is Roth 365. (Yes, I realize there are 366 days this year - just liked Roth 365 better)
The mission, however, remains the same. Each and every day I will take a picture worth sharing.

Snowbot
9 January 2008
With the unseasonably warm weather, this is as close as I could get to a snow picture. This guy sits on my desk from the solstice to the equinox. He has a plan.

Frogs aren't the only wooden animals in the house. Here is some chainsaw art that we got last Oktoberfest.

This is a can-opener that I accidentally brought home with me from a friend's house. I took the shot as part of a Zooomr photo assignment.

This was a bottle of meade that our hippie-mountain friends gave us for Christmas. Didn't care much for the meade, but I love the bottle.
