There are just so many cool Legos now. These two guys (the green ones that is) are part of a Lego Agent set. I think they are some type of cyborg alligators because they have gearshifts and computer screens. All they are missing are some friggin' lasers for their heads.
BTW, the orange guys are Comets, which is a slightly more expensive way of saying Goldfish.
