I've been to DC many, many times. In all those trips, I've taken some shots of The Capitol. Before this day however, they were all from the outside. Now, thanks to some special access arranged weeks ahead of time by Shelley, and the fact that it is open to the public, I was able to go inside and see areas just outside of the rooms where the laws and governing happens.
