One cool thing about being a kid is that if it is raining really hard and you feel like putting on a crazy outfit and jumping in puddles, that is exactly what you do. It does matter if you are seven, or if you are four - as this picture clearly shows. Knowing Ella as I do, I bet this won't be the last time she does this, either.
