This building, the Inn at St. Peters, is the location of my very first job. Many, many years ago, my friend Craig and I were hired to pull weeds in the beds surrounding the patio. We were paid in burgers and french fries. It did not take us long to figure out that if we did not remove the roots, we would have more steady employment.
